Warm Up
- Continuous Movement - 5 mins
Air Squats - 10 reps
- Supinated Suspension Training Row - 10 reps
- Plank Walk Outs - 6 reps
Sequence - Loop through it 3 times
1 minute rest between loops
- Marching Wall Sit - 40 reps
- Rest - 15 seconds
- Suspension Training Supinated Row - 20 reps
- Rest - 15 secs
- Bench Dips (or from Chair) @30X1 - 8 reps
- Rest - 15 secs
@30X1 = Lows 3 seconds, 0 rest at bottom, 1 second up
- Sprawl - 15 reps
Cool Down
- Cool Down - 3 min
- (Continuous Light Movement)
- Box Breathing - 2 min
