- Continuous Movement - 5 mins
- Walking Lunges - 10 reps
- Archer Suspension Training Row - 10 reps
- Prisoner Good Mornings - 10 reps
Sequence - Loop through it 3 times
1 minute rest between loops
- Single Leg Glute Bridge Hold - 30 secs per side
- Rest - 15 seconds
- Suspension Training Archer Row - 20 reps (10 per side)
- Rest - 15 secs
- Supine Toe to Object @30X1 - 8 reps
- Rest - 15 secs
@30X1 = 3 secs down, 0 secs bottom, 1 sec up
- Jump Lunge - 20 reps (10 each side)
Cool Down
- Cool Down - 3 min
- (Continuous Light Movement)
- Cat Cow - 10 reps
- Bird Dog - 10 reps
- Quadruped Thoracic Rotation - 10 reps each side
- Childs Pose - 1 min
