This Spicy Ginger Bok Choy recipe features tender steamed bok choy drizzled with a flavorful ginger-garlic sauce, offering a deliciously vibrant and healthy side dish for any meal.
INGREDIENTS

Ginger | 1 1/3 tbsp | fresh, finely minced |
Garlic | 2 2/3 clove | minced |
Tamari | 1 1/3 tbsp | |
Rice Vinegar | 2 2/3 tbsp | |
Olive Oil | 1 1/3 tbsp | |
Salt | 2/3 tsp | or to taste |
Pepper | several grinds |
PREPARATION
- In a medium pot that fits a steaming basket, bring a couple of inches of water to a boil. Add the whole bok choy, arranged in a steaming basket, so that they sit above the water, and steam for just 5 minutes. Arrange on serving plate and set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine ginger, garlic, tamari, rice vinegar, olive oil and salt & pepper. Mix well and pour over bok choy before serving.
