Description
This baked chicken breast recipe is simple and flavorful, featuring tender chicken seasoned with herbs or Dijon mustard, perfect for serving with vegetables or salads, and ideal for meal prep.
INGREDIENTS

Olive Oil | 11/3 tbsp | |
Dried Herb | 11/3 tsp | Thyme, oregano, or basil, or substitute with Dijon mustard |
Dijon Mustard | 11/3 tbsp | If used instead of dried herb |
Salt | 2/3 tsp | Or to taste |
Pepper | Several grinds |
PRPEPARATION
- Drizzle olive oil inside a small baking dish.
- Place chicken breasts inside and sprinkle with salt & pepper and herb/spice or rub with dijon mustard.
- Bake at 375 °F (190 °C) for 15 minutes.
- Flip over, sprinkle/coat other side, and bake for another 15 minutes.
SUGGESTIONS
- Very simple chicken breast preparation, with a couple variations on flavor.
- Best served with vegetable sides or chopped over salads.
- You may increase the quantity to make some convenient leftovers.
