PREPARATION
- Spiralize! Your spiralizer probably comes with several blades to interchange. Use the one with the smaller sharp triangular holes. Remove the ends of the zucchinis and one at a time, stick lengthwise onto the round, hole punch shaped piece at the top of the blade. Use the spikes of the sliding arm to secure the zucchini as you press into it and turn the handle to create ringlets of zucchini. Please a bowl under the exit side of the blade to catch the noodles.
- Drizzle the pesto over the zucchini noodles and toss lightly.
- Serve immediately.
