Description
This recipe for Turkish Potatoes features crispy, seasoned cubes of potatoes baked to perfection. Enhanced with flavorful spices, they make a delicious side dish or addition to various meals.
INGREDIENTS

Potato | 3 1/5 | medium, 1/2 inch cubes |

Smoked Paprika | 4/5 tsp |
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 400 °F (205°C)
- Combine all dry ingredients, excluding salt, with olive oil, mix well. Let mixture sit for 1 hour.
- Combine cut potatoes, salt, and oil mixture in a large bowl. Mix ingredients to ensure even coating of potatoes.
- Place potatoes on a baking sheet with parchment paper and place in oven. Cook for 40 to 50 minutes or until crispy. Stir the potatoes every 15 minutes to assist the crisping process.
SUGGESTIONS
- Serve with almost any red meat or fowl
- Try dipping potatoes in a mixture of 2/3 mustard and 1/3 mayonnaise, sounds a little funky but tastes amazing.
- Can be mixed into breakfast scrambles the next morning for a hearty start to the day.
