This Tahini Shake is a creamy and nutritious blend of frozen bananas, tahini, and yogurt, making it a perfect choice for breakfast, post-workout snack, or a delightful dessert.
INGREDIENTS
Serves 4 people

Banana | 4 | frozen but slightly thawed |
Honey | 1 11/25 tbsp | |
Dates | 8 | medjool, pitted and soaked |
Tahini | 1/2 cup | |
Water | 2 1/2 cup | |
Goat Yogurt | 1 cup |
PREPARATION
- Soak dates in very hot water for 15-30 minutes or until nicely softened
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender
- Blend for a minute or so until all chunks are pureed and texture is smooth and creamy
SUGGESTIONS
- I enjoyed this shake for breakfast, as a filling after workout snack and as a nutritious yet decadent dessert
