Description
These salted brussel sprouts are roasted to perfection, achieving crispy edges and a delightful flavor. A versatile side dish that pairs well with any main course.
INGREDIENTS

Brussel Sprouts | 1 lb | ends cut off and halved across |
Olive Oil | 2 2/3 tbsp | |
Pepper | 2/9 tsp | |
Salt | 1/2 tsp |
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 400 °F (205°C)
- Place halved brussel sprouts in a large bowl
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper and mix (I used my clean hands) until evenly coated
- Place brussel sprouts on baking sheets lined with parchment paper for 40-45 minutes until edges are browned and crispy
SUGGESTIONS
- A lovely side with nearly any main dish you can think of.
- Sprinkle a little parmesan cheese on top for some extra decadence.
