This roasted cauliflower and capers recipe features tender, golden florets enhanced with savory capers, making for a delicious and healthy side dish perfect for any meal.

Capers | 1 3/5 tbsp | |

PREPARATION
- Spread the cauliflower over a couple of baking sheets and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper.
- Bake in a 325 °F (163 °C) oven for about 15 minutes.
- Stir and add capers, then pop back in for another 30 minutes, stirring once after 15.
- Remove from oven and serve warm
