Description
This roasted cauliflower recipe features a blend of spices and oils, creating a flavorful and tender dish. It's perfect as a side for meats or as a vegetarian main.
INGREDIENTS

Avocado Oil | 1/4 cup | |
Cauliflower | 1 | large |
Cumin | 1/2 tsp | |
Olive Oil | 1/4 cup | |
Paprika | 1 tsp | |
Salt | 1/2 tsp | |
Turmeric | 1/2 tsp |
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 400 °F (205°C)
- Rub cauliflower with avocado oil
- Sprinkle with salt and other spices and rub evenly over cauliflower
- Place in oven for 45 minutes
- Remove cauliflower from oven and drizzle with olive oil
- Place back in oven and cook for another 45 minutes or until edges are nicely browned and and a knife pierces it all the way through easily
