Description
This delicious Roasted Brussel Sprouts recipe features a perfect balance of flavors with maple syrup and molasses-coated pecans, creating a crunchy, savory side dish that complements any meal.
INGREDIENTS
Serves 4 people

Balsamic Vinegar | 1 tbsp | |
Brussel Sprouts | 1 1/2 lb | sliced into ? inch wide ribbons |
Garlic | 3 clove | minced |
Maple Syrup | 1 tbsp | |
Molasses | 1/2 tbsp | |
Olive Oil | 3 tbsp | |
Pecans | 1 cup | roughly chopped and toasted |
Salt | 3/4 tsp |
PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 400 °F (205°C)
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients
- Mix until brussel sprouts and pecans are evenly coated with other ingredients
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Roast in oven for 35 minutes or so, turning at about 15-20 minutes to ensure even cooking.
SUGGESTIONS
- After everything was cooked I threw it back in the oven on broil for another 1-2 minutes to get an extra crunch and a nice golden browning on the top.
- If you don’t have molasses just add an extra tbsp of maple syrup and call it a day. :)
- You can garnish with cilantro if you’d like
