These Raw Oatmeal Raisin Cookies are a healthy, no-bake treat made with oats, ripe bananas, and cashews, offering a deliciously chewy texture and natural sweetness perfect for a quick snack.

Dry Oats | 2/3 cup | |
Banana | 1 | ripe |
Raisins | 1/3 cup | |
Raw Cashews | 1/3 cup | soaked in water overnight |
Cinnamon | 2/3 tbsp | |
Lemon Juice | 1/3 tbsp |
PREPARATION
- Drain cashews and puree in food processor.
- Smash bananas in a mixing bowl and add oats, raisins, cashew paste, cinnamon and lemon juice.
- Spoon balls onto dehydrator sheets and set to about 115°F (46 °C) for 6 – 8 hours, depending on how crispy you like. If you don’t have a dehydrator, you can bake on cookie sheets in the oven.
