Description
This delightful Mushrooms and Capers recipe features sautéed cremini mushrooms and capers in a flavorful broth, perfect as an appetizer or a delicious side dish to complement any meal.
INGREDIENTS

Bone Broth | 1/2 cup | |
Butter | 3/4 tbsp | |
Capers | 3 tbsp | with juice |
Cremini Mushrooms | 1 lb | quartered |
Garlic | 4 clove | minced |
Garlic Powder | 1 tsp | |
Olive Oil | 1 tbsp | |
Pepper | 1/4 tsp | |
Red Chili Flakes | 1/2 tsp | |
Salt | 1/3 tsp | |
Shallots | 1 tbsp | minced |
White Wine | 2 tbsp | dry |
PREPARATION
- Pre heat oven to 375 °F (190 °C)
- Add olive oil and butter to heated oven safe pan. Once oil is hot, add mushrooms. Continue to cook and med heat for 5 minutes
- Add salt, pepper, garlic, garlic powder, chili flakes, and shallots. Continue cooking for additional 3 minutes.
- Add capers, wine, and Bone Broth and stir. Place in oven for 10-15 minutes until mushrooms have reached desired firmness.
SUGGESTIONS
- Serve as an appetizer or add as a side to any meal
- Use as a topping for pasta, add a little extra butter and garnish with Parmesan.
- Garnish with some chopped parsley for some herby flavor
