Description
This Instant Pot Babyback Ribs recipe delivers tender, flavorful ribs in just over half an hour, enhanced with a tangy apple juice marinade and finished with a delicious BBQ sauce.

BBQ Sauce | user your favorite sauce, make your own, or try Bone Suckin' sauce, one of the only I've found with clean ingredients |
PREPARATION
- Generously salt the ribs.
- Cut rack of ribs in half and nestle them inside the Instant Pot.
- Add apple juice and apple cider vinegar.
- Set the Instant Pot to Meat/ Stew for 32 minutes and seal it up.
- When the timer beeps, gently remove the ribs as they’ll be falling off the bone.
- Set the ribs on an oven sheet and turn on the broiler.
- Slather the ribs with BBQ sauce and broil until caramelized, about 4 minutes.
- Serve with a bright salad like fresh mango and jalapeno slaw!
