Description
This Greek Yogurt Overnight Oats recipe is a nutritious and easy-to-make breakfast option, combining rolled oats, coconut milk, and yogurt, perfect for a quick and satisfying morning meal.
INGREDIENTS
Serves 4 people

Rolled Oats | 1 1/3 cup | |
Coconut Milk | 1 1/3 cup | more depending on how thick you like it |
Greek Yogurt | 1 1/3 cup | plain, nonfat |
Whole Chia Seeds | 4 tbsp | optional |
Ground Cinnamon | 4 tsp |
PREPARATION
To be prepared the night before you’d like to eat!
- Combine oats, coconut milk, yogurt, cinnamon and chia seeds (optional) in a container with a top (I like using pint-sized mason jars). Mix thoroughly with a spoon, directly inside the container.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Add toppings of your choice and serve!
SUGGESTIONS
- The topping possibilities are endless. Use some Pear Cinnamon Oat Granola (recipe can be found here) for a little crunch, fresh berries, sliced bananas, raisins, shaved coconut, etc., etc.
