This Ginger Garlic Salmon recipe features succulent salmon steaks baked with fresh ginger and garlic, creating a flavorful dish that's quick to prepare and perfect for any occasion.

Ginger | 2 one inch square | fresh, minced |
Garlic | 8 clove | minced |
Butter | 6 tbsp | chopped |
Olive Oil | 4 tbsp | |

PREPARATION
- Drizzle olive oil in a baking dish.
- Place salmon in the dish and sprinkle with salt & pepper.
- Spoon the garlic and ginger over the salmon, then dot with butter.
- In a 350 °F ( 177 °C) oven, bake for about 6 minutes before flipping and cooking another 3.
- Scoop a bit of the cooked garlic and ginger mixture onto the top of each steak and serve.
