Description
This Feta and Roasted Pepper Dip with Chillies is a flavorful, creamy blend that's perfect for spreading on toast or serving as a dip for fresh vegetables. Enjoy its zesty taste!
INGREDIENTS
Serves 4 people

Bell Pepper | 1 | yellow or green |
Green Chillies | 2 | |
Feta | 7 oz | |
Lemon Juice | 2 1/2 tbsp | about 1 lemon |
Goat Milk | 3 tbsp | |
Olive Oil | 4 tbsp | |
Parsley | 2 sprig | finely chopped for garnish |
Pepper | 1/4 tsp |
PREPARATION
- Place pepper and chillies on a roasting pan and broil in oven, turning until charred all over.
- Set aside until cool enough to handle
- Peel off skin and remove as much of the blackened parts as possible
- Slit pepper and chillies and remove seeds and stems
- Place pepper and chilli into a food processor with feta, olive oil, lemon juice and milk and blend well
- Season with pepper
- Garnish with parsley and enjoy
SUGGESTIONS
- This dip is delicious on everything, toasted baguette or as a dip for vegetable slices such as carrot, celery or cauliflower
- Would be wonderful as a sandwich spread
