Description
These Buffalo Kebabs feature marinated tri-tip and colorful vegetables, grilled to perfection. A delicious and easy-to-make dish, perfect for entertaining or a family meal.

Labne | 1/3 cup | |
Lemon Juice | 2/3 tbsp | |
Cremini Mushrooms | 12 | |
Nutmeg | 1/6 tsp | |

Smoked Paprika | 2/3 tsp | |
Red Wine | 2/3 cup | dry |
Rosemary | 2/3 tsp | finely chopped |

Cherry Tomato | 1/3 lb |
PREPARATION
- Add tri-tip pieces and lebne to a bowl and mix until even coated. Let the meat rest overnight.
- Halve the onion and cut into one inch pieces. Add the bell pepper, tri-tip, pepper, cayenne, garlic, garlic powder, lemon juice, mushrooms, nutmeg, onion, paprika, wine, rosemary, salt to a large bowl. Mix the ingredients and let mixture marinate for 2 hours.
- Skewer the mix rotating between meat, tomato, onion, mushroom, and bell pepper.
- Heat the grill on medium high heat. Add the skewers and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side checking the meat for desired doneness.
