This Brussel Sprout Salad combines fresh, blanched sprouts with crunchy pecans and zesty Meyer lemon, creating a vibrant and healthy dish perfect for any occasion.
INGREDIENTS

Brussel Sprouts | 2 lb | trimmed and blanched |
Pecans | 1 cup | raw, coarsely chopped |
Meyer Lemon Zest | 4 tbsp | 1 tbsp of zest is about 1 lemon |
Olive Oil | 1/4 cup | |
Salt | ||
Pepper |
PREPARATION
- Cut each brussel sprout in half, them slice in thin sections, from top to core.
- Throw into a salad bowl and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper.
- Zest lemons into the bowl and toss salad thoroughly.
- Add pecans and toss again.
