This roasted cauliflower and capers recipe offers a deliciously savory side dish, combining tender cauliflower with the briny flavor of capers, perfect for complementing any meal.

Cauliflower | 6 head | divided in 1 inch sections |
Capers | 1 cup | drained |
Olive Oil | 2 tbsp | |

PREPARATION
- Spread the cauliflower over a couple of baking sheets and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper.
- Bake in a 325 °F (163 °C) oven for about 15 minutes.
- Stir and add capers, then pop back in for another 30 minutes, stirring once after 15.
- Remove from oven and serve warm
