Our Smoothie Recipe Pack is designed to help you harness the power of plants and their bioactive compounds, known as phytochemicals, which have been shown to enhance both physical and mental performance. While ultra-processed foods are often viewed negatively, it’s important to note that certain forms of processing—like blending—can actually enhance the health benefits of whole foods, making it easier for your body to absorb these nutrients.
Each recipe in this collection is intentionally crafted with only 7-8 ingredients, keeping things simple and ensuring that the healthy, nutrient-dense ingredients take center stage. Creator
Dan Pardi is the CEO of humanOS, and has a long-standing interest in the potent health benefits of phytochemicals. To that end, he devised this series of simple but tasty recipes, based on the principles elucidated in the Optimizing Nutrition with Smoothies course, as well as the How-to Guide to Smoothies.
Pardi has a Ph.D. in cognitive neuroscience from Leiden University in the Netherlands, and Stanford University in the United States, and he has a master’s degree in exercise physiology from Florida State University.
Along with his work heading humanOS, Pardi has collaborated with high-performing organizations including Adobe, Salesforce, Workday, Pandora, Intuitive Surgical, Jazz Pharmaceuticals, and many more. He also works with several branches of the U.S. military including the Special Forces and Naval Special Warfare.
