Overview
The Ideal Weight Program is a weight loss program on humanOS designed by Dr. Stephan Guyenet and Dr. Dan Pardi. There are three diets on the program, the simple food, diet, the flash diet and the lien maintenance diet. This recipe pack features recipes of the simple food diet, which is the primary diet for weight loss for the program.
These recipes are centered around a set of dietary principles that emphasize satiety or fullness per calorie. These meals are higher in protein and fiber, both of which help you achieve and sustain fullness, or satiety, from your meal, and prevent overeating.
