Overview
Desk mobility is a series of super-short mobility exercise sessions, designed to promote within-day movement in the context of sedentary office work.
Modern desk jobs tend to lead to prolonged sitting, which contributes to stiffness, poor posture, and decreased overall mobility. Desk mobility is designed to counteract these effects by incorporating simple, effective movements that can be done right at your workstation, promoting better circulation, reducing muscle tension, and boosting productivity throughout the day.
To demonstrate the accessibility of these movements, Ty performs all sessions while clad in workwear.
Number of Workouts

Time

Try This
Desk mobility exercises are most effective when integrated into your day at regular intervals. You can:
- Perform them every 30-60 minutes during prolonged periods of sitting.
- Use them as a quick reset after long meetings or intense focus sessions.
- Incorporate them at the start or end of your workday, to combat stiffness and boost energy.
We would suggest committing to doing it once daily for a week, at an opportune time during your normal work day, and see how you feel.
