In addition to her fitness endeavors, Krista is a highly accomplished Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) athlete. She recently won the gold medal at the 2024 World Master IBJJF Jiu-Jitsu Championship, a testament to her dedication and skill in the sport. Krista trains at Meraki Academy Martial Arts School in Los Angeles, a renowned facility known for its high standard of training and creative expression of the art of Jiu-Jitsu.
