With over eight years of experience as a Strength Conditioning Coach at Revival Strength in San Rafael, California, Shanna has dedicated her career to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals through personalized training and comprehensive lifestyle and nutrition coaching. Her approach combines the principles of strength training with functional movement, creating well-rounded programs that promote long-term health and fitness.
Before her tenure at Revival Strength, Shanna served as a CrossFit Level 1 Coach at TJ’s Gym in Mill Valley, California, where she honed her skills in personal training and program design for athletes. Her diverse background also includes roles in acupuncture and wellness, where she provided holistic health services as a Licensed Acupuncturist at Integro Chiropractic and as the owner of My Center for Acupuncture.
In addition to her coaching and wellness expertise, Shanna has experience in the retail sector, having worked as a Key Leader at lululemon athletica, where she was involved in leadership and customer experience.
