Diane Davidson is a skilled chef, nutrition expert, and the founder of Cast Iron Kitchen, a business dedicated to preparing healthy meals for clients each week. After earning her Master’s degree in nutrition and a culinary degree from Bauman College, Diane channeled her passion for wholesome cooking into creating meals that are both delicious and nutrient-dense, using local, organic ingredients.
Diane is the author of the Davidson Paleo Recipe Pack and the Cooking Skills Course on humanOS. Her paleo recipes are the culmination of years of experience, during which she cooked thousands of meals and refined her recipes through continuous feedback. She is proud to share this collection of recipes, which reflects her dedication to healthful eating and culinary excellence.
In addition to her recipe pack, Diane developed a cooking skills video course for humanOS, aimed at helping others create meals that offer a “symphony of flavors.” Drawing on her professional training, Diane demonstrates how anyone can elevate their cooking, whether preparing paleo meals or otherwise, to create dishes that are both satisfying and healthful.
Diane is a strong advocate of the Paleo Diet, a way of eating that mimics the dietary habits of our ancestors before the advent of agriculture. By focusing on foods like fruits, non-starchy vegetables, meats, seafood, and nuts, and avoiding grains, legumes, dairy, and processed foods, the Paleo Diet has been linked to numerous health benefits, including improved blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar control, and weight management.
Through her work with Cast Iron Kitchen and humanOS, Diane continues to inspire others to embrace a healthier way of eating, combining her expertise in nutrition with her love of cooking to create meals that nourish both body and soul.
